  • I came in for warranty service. Staff was friendly and informative initially. I wish I could have received a courtesy call as to what was going on with my vehicle. I went in at 7am and had to call them after 2pm just to find out the status of my vehicle. This is my only complaint. I did not have time to sit and wait in the lobby, as I have children that I did not want to bring with me, so a courtesy call would have been much appreciated. Read More >>

  • I walked into the dealership, pre-approved, to test drive the new 2013 Chevy Cruze. The dealership was able to approve me for a much lower interest rate than my pre-approval. I had a budget for a payment that I needed to stick to; however, Moss Brothers was able to get me a payment lower than my original budget.   • I had a great service representative that helped me out with discounts on my oil change. I showed up without an appointment and they took me in right away. The service was great and the free donuts hit the spot early that morning. My car was done ahead of time. The service representative offered to wash my car even though it was a rainy day. The service representative also went out of his way to look for a wheel stem plug that I was missing from one of my tires, he even went as far as to put it on the wheel when it was pouring rain.
